Training through Animation: Compliance Hotline

A large part of my previous role included collaboration with other departments to help solve org-wide training needs. For this particular project, I was asked to develop a video that both informed and trained on the process to submit a compliance report.

Constraints included:

• A video guide outlining the process

• Voiceover along with subtitles

• Include the recording from the automated phone line

In addition to the video, a communication plan was developed to distribute the video via direct email alongside KPI's attached to track open rates. From there, weekly follow-ups with leaders helped ensure full distribution and awareness.
